Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as early as possible (at least a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time). Cynthia appreciates your courtesy.

Cynthia has a waiting list and your kindness will allow someone else to use that appointment time.

As a consideration to Cynthia, if you are a "no show" for your appointment, you will be charged full price for your scheduled treatment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Late arrivals will always result in a shortened treatment billed at the cost of the length of the originally booked appointment.

A phone call (306-545-2225) to speak to the receptionist or call myself at  (306.596.8337) or a text to the same number in a timely manner, is appreciated. You can also cancel and rebook your appointment using the online booking system. Thank you!
