Billing your Insurance Direct

Cynthia is recognized as a treatment provider for SGI and WCB. The clinic direct bills these two agencies, as per contract arrangement with each agency. You will not have any out-of-pocket expenses for pre-approved massage therapy treatments. When you book your first massage appointment, please include your claim number and name of your injury claim adjustor.

If you have private insurance or benefits through your employer, our clinic can submit the cost of your treatment directly for coverage. Any amount owing above what your provider covers, would be paid directly at the clinic at the time of your visit. This also includes VAC and RCMP.

If you are seeking massage treatment through Saskatchewan Child Services, Family Services or Victim Services, please contact your representative for billing details before making your massage appointment.
